Behind the Music of the Tzolkin

from Essentials of the Mayan Sacred Calendar
by Michaele Alyras de Cygne

The Tzolkin acoustic translations are effected by translating the Tzolkin's galactic frequencies into tones and sequencing the Tzolkin's patterns using digital musical intruments. As with the Tzolkin, in general, the translations are intricately simple. They are fundamentally based on the Tzolkin's simple 4-pole structure, [similar to DNA, the Tetragrammaton and several other scientific and mystical laws and traditions], yet, even in the simple patterns of the Sacred Signs, they are interwoven into a "fabric" of sound bearing vital cosmic information capable of promoting profound and positive transformation, spiritually/mentally, astrally/psychically and physically.

On a practical level, the Tzolkin acoustic translations operate in accordance with the principles of the binaural beat phenomenon, discovered by the German researcher H. W. Dove in 1839 and developed extensively by biophysicist Dr. Gerald Oster in the early 1970's. Relative to that phenomenon and the (cosmic information bearing) tones of the Tzolkin, when

  • a tone is played in one ear and
  • a complimentary tone is played in the other ear,
  • the brain recognizes the mathematical relationship between the two tones and makes shifts within its network to maximize its ability to receive and process the information relative to that relationship.

At the root of the Tzolkin's Logic is the balance of 13 tones. Each tone is paired with a complementary tone and each pair is constant. The table below illustrates these pairs. The pairs are expressed in stereo, in these fundamental combinations, hence when tone 1 is sounded in the left ear, tone 13 is sounded in the right ear and when tone 5 is sounded in the right ear, tone 9 is sounded in the left ear:

1
2
3
4
5
6
  7
  13    12    11    10    9
  8
  7

Each kin, or day, or pulse of the Tzolkin equals one of thirteen discreet, base frequencies or tones, 1-13. Therefore, the base frequency or base tone of the Tzolkin's first pulse is tone "1", the base tone for the twenty-first pulse is "8", the base tone for the forty-first pulse is "2" and the base tone for the 260th pulse is "13". Each base tone has a complementary tone, according to the tone relationship table above. Thus, when the base tone of the first kin, "1", is sounded in one ear and it's complement, "13", is sounded in the other ear, the brain recognizes the logical relationship between the "complimentary tone pair" and shifts to generate the necessary nerve connections to maximize its reception and processing of the information relative to that relationship. This is the fundamental process by which the Tzolkin acoustic translations work.

However, to truly access It's profundities, the Tzolkin must be regarded simultaneously from the perimeter and the center, hence the sonic activation of each kin requires 4 separate tones, the complimentary tone pair of the kin's base/perimeter position in the calendar plus a complimentary tone pair relative to it's counterpart/center position. When the number of tones increases, the amount of information relative to the tonal combinations increases profoundly. Theoretically, if the tones progress along a universally logical sequence, universally logical information is expressed by that sequence. The tonal combinations of the Tzolkin's universal, [binary] Logic sequences deeply imprint upon the brain, which responds to those sequences the way a modern computer responds to an initialization sequence of "0"s and "1"s; the brain's natural process of generating neuronal connections to optimize its functionality is kicked into high gear and the central nervous system begins an accelerated process of generating new neuronal connections to enable it to receive and process the information relative to those sequences with maximum efficiency and efficacy. The healing effects of this process cannot be underestimated.

Healing with the Music of the Tzolkin

The Tzolkin is a technology designed to effect transformation of the human microcosm into its highest Divine expression. Holistic health is an aspect of that expression. DMG has applied this technology as Music for people to use in music therapy, for persons living with
  • Down's Syndrome,
  • ADD or ADHD,
  • Cerebral Palsy,
  • the effects of stroke,
  • MS,
  • MD and
  • other adverse neurological conditions,
as well as in the pursuit and attainment of psychic equilbrium and an higher spiritual Mind. If the neuronal connections that engender optimum brain and body function have been impaired, the brain will strive to generate new connections to work around the impairment and effect optimum functionality. To do so, it requires a proper stimulus. The Tzolkin acoustic translations are such a stimulus; safe, nontoxic, noninvasive, portable, universally effective and much more. Through repeated use, the Tzokin acoustic translations effect a realignment and upgrading of both brain function and body function. The implications for this technology to be remarkably successful in the treatment of a wide array of neurological conditions and disorders is profound. In addition to that, there are significant indications that profound spiritual growth and even upgrading of IQ shall result from repeated use of Tzolkin acoustic translations. The Tzolkin acoustic translations are available for personal healing and regeneration now.
